TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
With the aim of preventing COVID 19 virus spread HIP Petrohemija a.d. Pancevo, as of 14th March, 2020, requests from all external business partners strict application of the following prevention measures:
• When arriving at HIP Petrohemija a.d. Pancevo control gates, besides usual work uniforms, drivers must have protective masks and protective gloves;
• When entering the Logistics department premises in order to obtain the necessary documents, they are allowed to stay only in the previously designated area, complying with the recommendation of responsible personnel;
• After obtaining the shipping documents, further movement is limited to the immediate vicinity of the truck up to 2 metres;
• Driver is obliged to follow all instructions of HIP Petrohemija a.d. Pancevo responsible personnel during his stay in HIPP.
