Potpisan Ugovor o strateškom partnerstvu između Vlade Republike Srbije, NIS-a i HIP-Petrohemije

Ministarstvo privrede, NIS i HIP-Petrohemija danas su potpisali Ugovor o strateškom partnerstvu kojim će NIS postati vlasnik 90 odsto akcija Petrohemije uz obavezu da dovrši dokapitalizaciju u visini od 150 miliona evra i izgradi postrojenje za proizvodnju polipropilena.

Održana redovna sednica Skupštine akcionara

Redovna sednica Skupštine akcionara HIP-Petrohemije održana je u utorak, 22. juna 2021. godine. Za predsednika Skupštine akcionara izabran je Dragan Stojanović, ovlašćeni predstavnik akcionara koji poseduje najveći broj akcija.

Uspešno završeni investicioni i remontni radovi u “HIP-Petrohemiji”

U HIP-Petrohemiji je uspešno pokrenuta proizvodnja nakon jednomesečnog zastoja u okviru koga su realizovani investicioni projekti i obavljeni remontni radovi na procesnoj opremi i bezbednosnim sistemima. Nakon pokretanja proizvodnje u fabrici Etilen, u petak, 23. aprila 2021. godine, tokom vikenda u fabrikama Polietilena visoke gustine (PEVG) i Poletilena niske gustine (PENG) počela je proizvodnja robe namenjene prodaji na inostranom i domaćem tržištu.

HIP-Petrohemija ulazi u proces pokretanja proizvodnje

HIP-Petrohemija nakon uspešne realizacije remontnih aktivnosti ulazi u proces pokretanja proizvodnje. Posle Energetike i Fabrike otpadnih voda, u kojima je već realizovan start, startovaće proizvodni procesi u ostalim petrohemijskim fabrikama. U četvrtak i petak, 22. i 23. aprila očekuje se pokretanje proizvodnje u fabrikama Etilen, Polietilen visoke gustine (PEVG) i Polietilen niske gustine (PENG).

U ponedeljak počinje zastoj u fabrici PENG, u ostalim petrohemijskim postrojenjima u Pančevu i Elemiru 20. marta

U fabrici polietilena niske gustine (PENG) u ponedeljak, 15. marta počinje zastoj proizvodnje, koji će trajati 35 dana, dok će u fabrici Etilen i ostalim proizvodnim postrojenjima HIP-Petrohemije u Pančevu, kao i u Fabrici sintetičkog kaučuka u Elemiru početi u subotu, 20. marta i trajaće 30 dana.
